Returns If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at [your support email] and we'll guide you through a simple return process. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's complete.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used with essential oils or show signs of heavy use may not be eligible for return.
